Home Inspection
A home buyers inspection is initiated by the home-buyer usually as a contingency to the final close of a real estate sale. 4 point Inspection
A “Four Point Home Inspection” concentrates on four primary main features of the home:
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)
- Electrical wiring and panels
- Plumbing connections and fixtures
- Roof condition and remaining life expectancy
Wind Mitigation Inspection
There are primary issues of wind mitigation is that are wind resistant characteristics of the roof and it an attachment to the walls. These characteristics are structural, and include concrete block construction, a hip roof, using single or double roof straps, gable end bracing, and the type of roof covering used.
